My guarantee to you;

• Everything we talk about will be discussed in complete confidence at all times.

• I will listen to you and help motivate and encourage you to take whatever steps you feel you want to take.

• I will show complete understanding and empathy at all times, and never be judgmental or critical of you or your situation.

• I will help you to determine what goal you what to reach, and help break it down in to smaller action steps that you can easily focus on and achieve.

• You will ALWAYS leave a session having learnt something new or different about yourself or your relationship.

Fees;

Each session will last up to 1 ½ hours - your first session may be a little longer, so please set aside 2 hours for this session.

Each session will cost £40.00 which is to be paid at the beginning of each session.

If a client books and pays for 6 sessions in advance, they will receive one session free.
